Polka Dot Bluebird

This design is worked as cutwork where a window is cut out of fabric and over-stitched all round with tiny stitches to a background fabric.  I have then added a little applique bluebird of happiness in the centre, with embroidered details. Bluebirds are a traditional symbol of happiness making this a card for many special times. Please note: the title written on this card is 'Bluebird of Happiness'
 
The cards come with recycled paper envelopes in clear compostable sleeves - no plastic! Each card is signed on the front and my studio stamp is on the back. Cards are made from stout 100% recycled card - blank inside.
