Vintage Fabrics Little Hearts

Three cards with applique hearts cut from my own hand-dyed recycled cotton, hand stitched into place with tiny stitches. I have used  lovely vintage fabrics from my collection for the backing.
 
The fabrics used are genuine very old English and French printed cottons with the faded charm of older dyeing techniques and the passing of the years. Recycling at its prettiest!  
 
Each carefully worked miniature is a gift in itself to keep as well as a card in which to write your message. Perfect for when you want to send someone your love.

The cards measure 12 x 9 cm (5" x 3.5") and come with recycled paper envelopes in a clear compostable sleeve - no plastic! Each card is signed on the front and my studio stamp is on the back. Cards are made from stout 100% recycled card - blank inside.
