Vintage Fabric Hearts

For this piece I have chosen some of my favourite vintage French and English cotton prints from which I have hand cut twenty hearts, stitching each one into place with fine stitches. The pretty colours work well together and the fabrics have the patina only age can bring. I like to think of the stories hidden in their pasts! This unique piece would make a lovely gift for any time when you want to show your love for someone special or add a heartwarming touch to your own home.

The frame is a lightly distressed whitened wood, measuring 8" (20cm) square and will arrive with glass in place, corded ready to hang, with my studio stamp on the back. The mount carries the title 'Vintage Fabric Hearts' and is signed.
