Little Horse

This miniature applique rocking horse with embroidered details, mane, tail, bridle etc. is cut from my own hand-dyed fabrics. Everything is stitched with intricately worked stitches and the embroidered panel is held in place with tiny blanket stitches worked around the edge. A lovely gift to brighten any nursery, baby's first birthday perhaps?

The frame is a lightly distressed whitened wood, measuring 7" (18cm) square and the picture will arrive with glass in place, corded, ready to hang, with my studio stamp on the back.The mount carries the title 'Little Horse' and is signed.

Although I do repeat my designs from time to time no two works are ever the same as the hand-dyed threads and fabrics and design details vary making every one of my works unique.
